Alameda County Nutrition Action Partners offers food assistance program information (download details in English | Spanish) for the local USDA Programs, which includes Food Stamps, Emergency Food, School Meals, and WIC.

One Small Change handouts were developed by a subcommittee of the Community Forum for Perinatal Health. This collaboration involves Alameda County Public Health Department staff and outside partners. The handouts provide simple tips about healthy eating and physical activity.
